What’s In The Bag Sepp Straka 2022 Honda Classic Champion

Sepp Straka got on his bike late on Sunday to claim a mightily impressive victory at the Honda Classic.  For most of the final round Shane Lowry and Daniel Berger had battled it out, only for the Austrian to come up on the rails to win in apocalyptic rain.
Trailing Berger by five shots at the start of the day, 28-year-old Straka came home in 32 to card a round of 66 and win by one from Lowry as Berger, who hung around gamely despite not being able to hole a putt all day finally crumbled in the downpour.  Shot of the day was Straka's second shot to the green on the par-5 18th in torrential rain to set up the tap in birdie to win.
After 95 starts Straka becomes the first Austrian to win on the PGA Tour and secures a coveted spot at The Masters.
