How does America put up with this guy?  Even after that teenager hand down the pants scene in Borat 2?
Rudy Giuliani seems to have absolutely no concept of the real world as he tells Steve Bannon's show about golf with the late Rush Limbaugh and looking at Michelle Wie's panties while she was putting.
I do understand the joke, and could have seen the humour as harmless if anyone else told it,  but coming out of the mouth of Rudi Giuliani it just sounds absolutely creepy and  f@@king disgusting.
